ONLINE ORDER FAQS 


Can I track my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order here. 


Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty. Refunds on faulty products must be within 14 days. 


How long will it take to receive your order? 

Once your order has been dispatched your order will usually arrive within 24-48hrs. If you placed your order from outside Australia your package can take anywhere from 5-20 working days to arrive, depending on your country.


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed? 

If you want to change your order please email bondi@foile.com.au and we will do our best to help change / cancel, however if the warehouse has already sent it out then no. 


What if my order does not arrive? 

Please email bondi@foile.com.au with your name and order number and we will request an update directly from Australia Post. 


Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. 


What payment methods does Foile accept? 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.


What will my order arrive in? 

In order to have the lowest environmental impact we endeavour to use as little unnecessary packaging to send out your orders. Large orders will arrive in a plain cardboard box which can be recycled. Receive a reusable corduroy Foile tote bag for all overs over $100.

Are any products tested on animals? 

No. All Foile friends and Foile products are cruelty free and not tested on animals. 


Are Foile products ok to use if I have an allergy? 

A number of products contain natural plant, marine and mineral ingredients, always check our product ingredients lists to ensure that it is free of all ingredients that may aggravate your allergy.


Do any of your products contain nuts?

A number of our products do contain nut oils. Always read ingredient lists carefully and we recommend patch testing products before use. 


How can I best dispose of my packaging?

If you live in the Sydney area you can drop off your empties in-store and they will be recycled through Terracycle. Any glass items can be placed in your commercial recycling bin. Soft plastics cannot be recycled and need to be disposed of in a standard waste bin.
